I'm a former medical doctor, published mental health scientist and certified coach.
In 2017, I was a small town kid starting medical school at the University of Cambridge. In the first few years, I did well in my exams with sheer determination and brute force. But I didn't look after myself.

I entered a deep state of depression and anxiety. It felt like a bus was crushing my chest every morning - I couldn't get up and face the day ahead. I used to think I was invincible, that I could "just work harder".
My self-confidence was completely destroyed. I didn't even know who I was anymore, and I had to rebuild everything about myself.
Through my own recovery, I studied everything I could find about burnout and psychological resilience. I integrated my knowledge of physiology, neuroscience and psychology into practical everyday tools. I've now developed an evidence-based system for anyone to overcome burnout and have sustainable productivity.

These schedules will account for any additional commitments that you have specified to occur in the following week, and will organise your healthy systems around them.
These schedules will not be overly ambitious, and will provide enough spare time to maintain consistency even with unexpected commitments.

We’ll regularly assess your progress and adjust your plans as needed to ensure you’re always moving forward.
Your coach will help you stay disciplined and maintain your healthy habits even when you face setbacks.
