Dr. Jeevan trained at the University of Cambridge, receiving his Medical Doctorate and a Masters in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience. He has also published multiple research articles on sleep, mental health and addictive behaviours. After his career as a doctor in the NHS, he has chosen to become a health and performance coach for burnt out professionals.

Dr. Jeevan uses cognitive, behavioural and goal-directed approaches to help clients to build unwavering motivation and eliminate unhealthy behavioural patterns. He serves his clients in a holistic way, using his breadth of knowledge about the human body and mind, to ensure that his clients are in optimal physical and mental condition to achieve their goals.
